House of Living Colors (HOLC) ist ein offenes Drag-, Performance- und Kurator_innen-Kollektiv, insbesondere für Queer, Trans*, Black, Indigenous und People of Color (QTBIPOC), um Gender-Performance und -Diskurse zu erkunden. Das Haus wurde gegründet, nachdem mehrere Mitglieder schlechte Behandlung und Ausgrenzung durch Veranstaltungsorte und Organisationen innerhalb der Mainstream Queer Community in Berlin erfahren haben. Unsere Leidenschaft ist es, sicherere Räume zu kuratieren, die QTBIPOC in den Mittelpunkt stellen und eine intersektionale Ideologie der Inklusion vertreten. Wir wollen, dass unsere Community Freude, Liebe und Akzeptanz erfährt, wenn sie HOLC-Räume betritt und HOLC-Performances erlebt.

House of Living Colors (HOLC) is an open drag, performance and curatorial collective, particularly for Queer, Trans*, Black, Indigenous and People Of Color (QTBPOC) to explore gender performance and discourse. The house was created after several members experienced poor treatment & exclusion from venues & organizations within the mainstream Queer Community in Berlin. Our passion is to curate safer spaces that center QTBIPOC and hold an intersectional ideology of inclusion. We want our community to experience joy, love and acceptance when they enter HOLC spaces and witness HOLC performance.
