In collaboration with the Beijing Queer Film Festival, Queer East Film Festival, and Sinema Transtopia, CiLENS e.V. proudly presents ‚Asian Queers Reunited.‘ This interdisciplinary program invites audiences to delve into the world of Asian queers, embarking on a journey that explores the intersectionality of their identity and sexuality, love and desire, past and present.
Through a fusion of cinema and music, the program aims to create an intellectually engaging and emotionally stimulating experience for everyone. We will showcase two short film programs and two compelling documentaries, followed by director Q&A sessions. We also plan to host an after-party incorporating a performance by Berlin-based Asian queer artists, to celebrate community, unity and diversity.
